Among the many services offered by the hotel, you can find Recovery Lab by Starpool: a regenerating oasis entirely dedicated to physical recovery for sport enthusiasts, featuring cutting-edge equipment to meet the modern needs of health and wellness of the travellers.   The equipment includes Zerobody Cryo, Zerobody Dry Float and Ice Bath, which seamlessly become part of the athletes’ training, thanks to specific programs for post-training recovery developed by the Starpool Scientific Research Department and which contribute to performance improvement.

Heat Therapy, Dry Float Therapy and Cold Therapy respectively use heat, reduced perception of body weight and intense cold to improve blood flow, relax muscles and reduce muscle pain.
