Olympic Spa Hotel

The Pellegrin family open the doors of their home in Val di Fassa: Olympic Spa Hotel. A cosy refuge to regenerate in typical Ladin style, surrounded by the Dolomites, where nature becomes one with body and mind.  Barefoot hiking, TaiChi, snowshoeing, forest bathing: these are only a few of the activities organised by the hotel to have you live unforgettable experiences.

On top of all this, the Aufguss ritual takes place inside our Finnish sauna raised above the ground thanks to wooden stilts and surrounded by nature, as designed by the Bolzano architecture studio Noa*. The sauna, in black-waxed fir, has a structure that looks like a theatre: the stage is for the aufgussmeister to wave the towel, where the Dolomites and the surrounding woods, visible through the large glass wall, serve as majestic backdrop. This immersive experience also involves the sense of sight, creating a connection between the inside and the outside of the sauna in a continuum between the environment inhabited by man, and by nature.
