The Cleveland Guardians, based in Cleveland, are a professional baseball team playing in the Central Division of the American League (MLB). Adopted in 2021, the team’s name is a tribute to the famous statues “Guardians of Traffic”, the symbol of the city.  Since 1901, the team has symbolised both the tradition of baseball and the passion for it, with the home games played at the Progressive Field.  With a strong time to the city and its history, the Guardians continue to write new pages in the world of sports.
