Our starting point will be an analysis of the facility where the Wellness area will be located, to develop a project that enhances its full potential. Be it a hotel, a beauty centre, a gym or a company – the business model that we will define together will be the result of the perfect combination between your goals and the optimisation of your available spaces and resources.

• A detailed report of the business model to be applied to spa, including: geolocation analysis, analysis of current and/or desired clients, flow analysis, definition of the Wellness offer identity and mission, intended use of the spa, investment plan, study of the prices to establish, potential accesory services.
• Zoning: we will develop the functional concept of your Wellness project on the basis of your requirements, dividing the available spaces in the areas that are necessary for the development.
• Detailed Layout: we will provide a plan of the project, to present the layout of the spaces (for example, where the reception, wet area, pool, relaxation area, changing rooms, beauty area, technical compartments and passage ways will be located), with the relevant proportions and the areas destined to the duly separated passage of guests and operators.
• 3-D view of the project: you may request a 3D presentation, to analyse the project from different perspectives, or request a photorealistic rendering of the project itself. In this case, we will need to work hand-in-hand with the reference architect or interior designer, to ensure to be perfectly aligned with your specific requirements.

If you wish, we will remain with you in the following phases of supply, installation and servicing of the equipment, until the opening of your project. We may provide support in the selection of staff, in the identification of the best cosmetics and in the definition of the treatments offer, prices, and marketing and commercial strategies.
